How does LifeTeam differ from renting?

With LifeTeam, members are regarded as equity holders in the property. Additionally, all payments are applied directly to the principal, reducing the payment period by 80%.

Do I lose my Equity if I leave?

Your equity is protected. If you leave the property following the proper procedures, your equity will be preserved, and you will receive compensation based on the duration of your stay. For instance, if your term is five years and you leave after 2.5 years, you will receive half of your estimated lump sum payment, minus a 5% fee.

What happens if I need to leave the LifeTeam property?

Notify your LifeTeam property manager with a 60-day notice so we can find a replacement for your spot. A one-time fee of 5% will be deducted from your lump sum payment at the end of the LifeTeam property term.

Will LifeTeam work for people without the best credit?

Yes, LifeTeam welcomes all credit profiles. As long as you pass a background check and consistently pay your rent on time, you can qualify to live in a LifeTeam property and enjoy all the benefits of our program.
